Gram’s BANANA NUT BREAD    

Mix:  ½ cup margarine, 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs 1 cup mashed bananas Sift:  2 cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda ½ teas. salt  1 cup chopped nuts Mix all together.  Pour into loaf pan that has been greased and floured. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour. Double recipe to make three loaves.
