½ cup sugar 2tsp. Vanilla 1 graham or shortbread
1 8oz. Cream cheese 8oz. Sour cream pie crust
1 egg 8oz Cool Whip
Blend sugar and softened cream cheese. Blend in egg, vanilla, and sour cream with sugar mixture. Blend in Cool Whip until fully mixed. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours or the freezer for 35 minutes. Cut, serve, eat, and enjoy!
