1 10oz can Valley Fresh Premium White Chicken Bread crumbs
4 cups frozen broccoli cuts 1 teas. Curry powder
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup ½ cup shredded
¾ cup mayonnaise Cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Layer broccoli in 7” x 11” baking dish. Top with chicken. In a separate bowl, combine soup, mayo, lemon juice and curry powder. Spread this mixture evenly over the chicken layer. Finish by sprinkling cheese on top and adding a light coating of bread crumbs. Cover and bake at 350 F for one hour
