serves 6 – 8
1 9 inch pie crust
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 ½ cup Swiss cheese, grated
Filling of choice ( Ham, sausage, chicken, turkey, vegetables)
In mixing bowl, beat eggs, add grated cheese and milk. Stir well. Place filling in bottom of unbaked pie crust and pour egg mixture over top.
Bake at 400 F for 30 – 35 minutes.
