Ham and Cheese Strata 

serves 8 – 10

12 slices white bread (remove crusts and cut in doughnuts)

12 oz. Sharp cheese (diced or grated)

10 oz  frozen chopped broccoli or 2 cans asparagus

2 cups sliced ham

Combine cheese veggies and ham.  Put half of mixture into greased 13 x 9.  Arrange doughnuts of bread on top.  Pour in remaining mixture.  Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours.  Bake at 325 F for 55 minutes.  Grate cheese on top.  Good for buffet or brunch.
