Fruited Chicken Salad

 1 can (5 oz) Swanson premium chunk white chicken or turkey, drained

1 1//2 cups cut-up mixed fruit (strawberries, peaches, nectarines)

1/3 cup vanilla-flavored lowfat yogurt

1 ½ teaspoons orange juice


In a bowl, combine chicken and fruit;  arrange on lettuce-lined plate

Mix yogurt and OJ; drizzle over chicken mixture. Garnish with sliced cantaloupe.

Makes about 1 ½ cups or 2 servings.
