Raspberry Pie 

serves 8

Crust:  Crush 9 Graham crackers,

1/3 cup sugar

1/3 cup melted butter.

Mix well and press firmly in greased pan.

Cook 10 min, at 350 F

Chill 45 min

3 cups raspberries                    1 envelope unflavored gelatin                3 Tbsp cold water

1/1/2 tsp. Lemon juice              1 cup whipped cream                           Dash salt

Soften gelatin in cold water dissolve in hot water.  Add sugar, salt and liquids.  Fold in whipped cream.  Pour into crust, chill and serve.
