Cheese Grits Casserole

Serves 8 –10 Dottie MacDonald

½ cup quick grits                      3 cup boiling water                   1 lb. Velveeta cheese

¼ cup butter                             3 eggs, well beaten


Cook grits in water 5 min.  Add cheese, eggs, butter, (dash of salt if needed.)  Pour into greased 8 x 8 oven dish.  Bake 30 min. at 350 F  Let rest 10 –15 min. before serving.
