Carney Sunday Waffles (Mike has made these since Nicky was born)

Ingredients are for

                        Single                           Batch and a half                        Double

Flour                1 ¾ cup                        2 5/8 cup                                  3 ½ cup

Baking Powder  2 teaspoons                3 teaspoons                              4 teaspoons

Salt                  ½ teaspoon                  ¾ teaspoon                              1 teaspoon

Eggs                 two                              three                                         four

Oil                    ½ cup                           ¾ cup                                       one cup

Milk                 1 ¾ cup                        2 5/8 cup                                  3 ½ cup

Separate the eggs, putting whites in small mixing bowl.  Whip until light and fluffy.

Place yolks, oil milk, salt baking powder and flour in separate mixing bowl.  Mix well.  Fold the whipped whites in batter.  Spoon batter onto hot waffle iron.  Bake to desired brownness.
