Buckeyes

1-1/2 cups Peanut Butter
2-1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips or chocolate coating ; I also like to use whit chocolate for fun
Mix peanut butter, sugar, margarine, and vanilla until semi-dry and crumbly. Put into Refrigerator to cool. Shape into 1/2-inch balls. Melt chocolate. Dip balls into melted chocolate, leaving the top of the ball uncovered to resemble a buckeye ( I usually use toothpicks to help with the dipping process). Place balls on wax paper lined baking pan. Freeze and devour.
