Breakfast Souffle 

Serves 8 – 10  Sharon Wiza

(you can use ham or bacon too)

1 lb. Pork sausage browned and crumbly                      9 eggs slightly beaten

1 ½ teaspoons dry mustard                                           3 cups milk

1 ½ cups grated cheese                                                3 slices of bread (cubed)

Combine all ingredients.  Pour into a greased 13 x 9 pan. Cover & refrigerate overnight.  Bake in 350 F over for 1 hour.
